1-2-1 Personal Pilates training
My home studio is equipped with a Reformer, Stability Chair, Wall Cadillac, Arc Barrels, stability balls and small equipment. I offer Personal Pilates sessions either 1 to 1 or 1 to 2. These are open to men and woman of all ages and abilities. I pride myself on providing a warm, safe and friendly environment working closely with my clients to help them achieve their personal goals.
